At The Creative Loft, we make private celebrations creative, relaxed, and unforgettable. Unlike a typical party where guests just sit and chat, our events give everyone the opportunity to express themselves and get hands-on with something creative.
ON SITE EVENTS AT THE CREATIVE LOFT
We can accommodate up to 24 guests using both our main space and mezzanine. The main downstairs space accomodates up to 16. Enjoy private access the studio for 2.5 hours exclusively for you and your guests There is no fee to privatize our venue — we operate on a minimum spend instead. Because of this, you don’t need to finalize your guest list in advance. Even if some guests can only drop by for a short while, it’s not a problem — as long as the minimum number of pieces is painted. This approach gives you the freedom to host a flexible celebration without worrying about strict attendance numbers. The minimum spend is €300 on ceramic items, with ceramic pieces ranging from €25–€40. You can choose from our full range of 75+ ceramic pieces. The price is all-inclusive and covers ceramics, painting materials, and professional glazing/firing of your creations afterwards. BYOB & Snacks: You're welcome to bring beverages and light snacks. Glasses and ice bucket provided. Booking & Deposit: A €100 deposit secures your date, payable by credit card. Final Ceramics Pick-up: Your finished ceramics will be ready for pick-up from our studio within 10 days, or we can deliver them to your preferred location for a small fee.
OFF SITE EVENTS AT YOUR DESIRED LOCATION
We can accommodate up to 24 painters and we bring everything to you - the ceramics, paints, brushes, and fun! Events are 2.5 hours long including a facilitator, plus an additional 15 minutes for set-up. There is no fee to come to you — we operate on a minimum spend instead. Because of this, you don’t need to finalize your guest list in advance. Even if some guests can only drop by for a short while, it’s not a problem — as long as the minimum number of pieces is painted. This approach gives you the freedom to host a flexible celebration without worrying about strict attendance numbers. The minimum spend for an off-site event is €450 on ceramic items, with ceramic pieces ranging from €30–€40. This includes all ceramics, painting materials, and professional glazing/firing of your creations afterwards. Transportation Fee: There is a €50 - €75 transportation fee, depending on the location in Athens. Booking & Deposit: A €100 deposit secures your date, payable by credit card. Final Ceramics Pick-up: Your finished ceramics will be ready for pick-up from our studio within 10 days, or we can deliver them to your preferred location for an additional fee.
